I’m looking for a partner to share a new dance-studio with from October on. It’s on the island Eiswerder (Spandau) in an artist-community and freshly renovated. The hard facts are:
39€ per person (each of us has 3,5 days per week there, the room is 33 sqm big)
ew kitchen and bathroom
would make it cozy til October and arrange a desk, a couch and (most importantly 25 sqm of dance floor)
